A Strategic Partnership for Danish Industrial Cooperation
This proposal outlines five synergistic work packages to discharge **GDELS-Mowag's** Industrial Cooperation (ICC) obligations in Denmark. We will deliver tangible operational value to PIRANHA V deployments by building a robust, local ecosystem for autonomous UAV infrastructure, from R&D to sustainment.

The Five Pillars of Cooperation
A holistic approach to integrating autonomous UAVs with PIRANHA V operations.
Convoy & Corridor Overwatch
We will install 4-6 SkyDock stations along key logistics routes **such as Oksbøl**, providing persistent aerial patrols to monitor traffic, detect intrusions, and support PIRANHA V convoy escorts through live trials with the Danish Army.
≥1,600
Hours of Coverage
≤30s
Alert-to-Live-Video
- **Key KPIs:** ≥1,600 h coverage; ≤8% false alarm rate; MTTR ≤48 h.
Vehicle-to-Drone Integration
This work package focuses on deep integration, developing a software link between PIRANHA V's onboard systems and the SkyDock network. A vehicle perimeter alert will automatically dispatch a nearby drone for immediate reconnaissance, moving the concept from TRL 5 to TRL 6.
KPIs:
- Dispatch latency **≤10 s** (P95); ≥95% automated launch success.
- Data integrity errors ≤0.5%; achieve **TRL 5→6**.
Base & Perimeter Protection
At key PIRANHA garrisons such as Holstebro, we will deploy 3-4 SkyDock stations for autonomous night and weekend patrols. UAVs will monitor geofenced routes, integrating with guard forces to enhance security and **reduce guard workload and operational costs**.
KPIs:
- ≥1,000 patrols; ≥95% intrusion drill detection.
- Mean response **≤60 s**; ≥20% modeled cost reduction.
Danish Sustainment Cell
To ensure long-term success and build local capacity, we will establish a Danish sustainment cell for SkyDock hardware, including repair, QA, and refurbishment, while qualifying local subcontractors.
RTAT Target: **≤10 days** (dock)
KPIs:
- ≥55% DK assembly hours; ≥40% DK BoM.
- Return Turnaround Time (RTAT) **≤10 days** per dock.
Training & Courseware
We will develop and deliver comprehensive training packages in Danish for both operators and maintainers. A mix of e-learning and in-person courses, including Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions, will certify Danish instructors and ensure high proficiency.
≥40
Operators Certified
≥16
Maintainers Certified
≥80%
Proficiency Score
KPIs:
- ≥40 operators and ≥16 maintainers certified.
- ≥95% completion rate; ≥80% proficiency on exams.
KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
Potential Multiplier up to **x5** for co-teaching & structured advisory.
Project Timeline & Milestones
A clear roadmap from planning to full-scale operation.
Planning & Partner Alignment
First demo deployed (**Q1–Q2 2026**, subject to site/air approvals)
R&D & Range Validation
Scale-up & Sustainment Hub
ICC Credit & Multiplier Potential
Maximizing value through strategic development and knowledge transfer.
Multipliers (e.g., tech transfer, advisory, facilities) are subject to **DBA pre-approval** and valuation guidelines.
Our work packages are structured to maximize ICC credit through a combination of direct procurement, development projects, and knowledge transfer, with multipliers validated by the Danish Business Authority (DBA).
Direct procurement (1:1): WP1, WP3, WP4, WP5
Development project (multipliers): WP2 (+ parts of WP1/WP3 when pre-approved)
